Create initiatives

The first step in the process involves identifying and entering the initiatives that are, or will be, affecting the organization. This can happen either as part of a strategic planning event, an initiative audit, or by simply adding initiatives as they come up.

Calculating the change

The second step consists of a few basic questions about each of the initiatives. This is usually best done as a team exercise. You can do this step as an in-person activity, or use the provided surveys to get team input.

Implement the changes

The third step involves scheduling the phases of change management. Valorem uses the 5-phase change management model: Planning, Ramping Up, Implementation, Acclimatization, and Normalization. This step begins with identifying the dates of the implementation phase.
